Cathay Pacific New Year's Night Parade

Overview:
The 11th Annual Chinese New Year Night Parade was a televised event, broadcast to over 11 million Asian viewers. The backdrop of the parade was the largest ever presented in Hong Kong, a sixty metres wide by ten metre high structure in the shape of the Hong Kong skyline. The event featured almost fifty different international performing groups and floats, each with their own projected backdrop designed by The Electric Canvas. The performances were interspersed with nine animated, multi-projector sequences synchronised to music and carrying various tourism themes.
